Unfortunately, we do not issue REFUNDS or accept RETURNS at the moment.

Exchanges 
Exchanges are only possible if the item is incorrect and the company is at fault for the incorrect item being sent. If you are unsure if your issue is eligible for an exchange please feel free to contact us with your questions at info@labeledgold.com.

The fastest way to ensure your exchange is to immediately email us at info@labeledgold.com, and once the exchange is accepted/approved you will receive information on how to send the item back. 


Exchanges are subjected to inspection. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Upon an approved inspection, the correct item will be sent out immediately upon the return of the original item. If the item is sold out at the time of your approved exchange you’ll  automatically be sent an e-gift card for store credit, the price of the item. Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning an item that we have acknowledged fault for.

Please note your store credit code expires 60 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will become final sale.
