Shipping and Tracking

PickUp is ONLY available to those I have pre-authorized. If you were not pre-authorized to use this feature please do not choose it as your order will either but canceled or shipping will be charged after you've placed your order.

Please use the tracking number provided to track your packages as Labeled Gold is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.


A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed using the email you enter during the checkout menu.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments process Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday. Once your payment has been processed, your package should arrive in 2-4 business days if you're located within the United States, using economy shipping. If you would like your processing time to be reduced choose the express shipping option to reduce your wait time. 

Please be aware we are not responsible for any Custom Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill to you. (For all purchases made from outside countries)

Please note that shipments may be delayed during holiday season due to the high volume of holiday deliveries (i.e. New Year, Valentines Day, etc). Rest assured your order will ship out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
